3. Google User Data (Calendar Integration)

If you choose to connect your Google account, we request access to your Google Calendar to enable core functionality such as:

• Displaying your scheduled lessons
• Adding booked lessons to your calendar
• Synchronizing lesson times with your personal schedule

What data we access

We only access the minimum necessary data, such as:

• Event titles
• Dates and times
• Basic calendar metadata

How we use Google data

• Google Calendar data is used only to provide user-facing features within the Ivrit with Aviv platform
• We do not use Google data for advertising purposes
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties

Data storage and retention

• We do not store Google Calendar data beyond what is necessary to provide the service
• Any cached or stored data is limited and retained only while your account is active and connected

Revoking access

• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings within the app
• You can also revoke access via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Once access is revoked or disconnected, we immediately stop accessing your data, revoke the authorization token with Google, and delete any associated stored credentials

We comply with the requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party providers only as necessary to operate our services, including:

• Payment processors
• Analytics providers
• Email and communication services

These providers are obligated to use your data only to perform their services.

• AES-256-GCM encryption of Google OAuth tokens stored at rest
